Mended Recovery Shipping Policy

MADE-TO-ORDER PROCESSING

Mended Recovery hoodies are made to order. Please allow time for your garment to be prepared and finished before shipment. Made-to-order production time is separate from the carrier transit times listed below.

You will receive tracking information once your order has been completed and shipped.

U.S. SHIPPING

Mended Recovery currently ships within the United States.

Standard Shipping — $8
Estimated carrier transit time: 3–5 business days

Free Standard Shipping — Orders $100+

Express Shipping — $15
Estimated carrier transit time: 1–2 business days

Shipping times begin after production is completed and the package has been accepted by the carrier. Carrier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

TRACKING & DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.

Once tracking shows a package as delivered, customers should first check the delivery location and contact the carrier if the package cannot be located.

DELAYS

Mended Recovery is not responsible for carrier delays or delivery interruptions caused by weather, transportation disruptions, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will assist customers with available tracking information when possible.
